I've got three responses:

1. $399K??????????? This is a little, old house that probably needs a ton of renovating. It would sell for maybe $90K here, if that!

2. There are no flowers visible in the garden.

3. It looks cold. You'd better curl up on the sofa with your curling cat!

On another topic: Thanks for stopping by L & L. And yeah, it was an overcast day which is good for some photography as you don't get all the contrast. But cloudy days can be kinda dull, too.

Real estate agents would call that "cozy."

It doesn't help that there are too many real estate agents, constantly overinflating the real value of a place.

As you know, you couldn't find a house in Toronto for that price! No wonder so many people are moving to Hamilton.

With a price like that... welcome to the GTA.

Looks like some serious shoveling will be required before moving in.

Ah, real estate:) I've struggled to find homes here less than $650K (eeks!), can't get much for the same dollar anymore...
