I instantly want to say - against what? Great capture.

What could this possibly mean? I don't think it says "rage," though. It says "rags." Maybe the artist got ragged on by too many teachers and this is his way of getting back at the world? :-)

It definitely says RAGS, although at first glance I thought it said "Bagel". Think I'd better go eat dinner now.

Maybe RAGS (yes, even I was able to read it) is an acronym for a tagging crew. There seem to be several small tags within this image that I assume were done at the time of its creation. That leads me to think they were part of a crew. Tags all by themselves seldom seem interesting to me; but they are often the pathway to more interesting and complex art later in an artist's development. Thanks for contributing to this week's Monday Mural.
