Very nice. But I must say it derives from before my time, although I do remember my grandmother's neighbor driving around in his Model T. That's when most folks had moved up to Model A's. :-)
Re On Top of the World: My friends who live there don't mind the name at all. But then they shorten it to OTOW! :-)
