It's kinda cute and could probably fixed up really nice, but I wouldn't want to do it. You'd still have an old house that will take lots of costly maintenance.

Re your comment on Ocala DP: The was just something to eat while you wait for the food, you silly person! But you knew that, right? Just giving me a hard time, right? Sheesh!

And probably worth a small fortune, even in it's present state, right? Are Hamilton prices anywhere near Toronto's?

we are catching up. but we still have pockets of downtrodden, cheaper housing.
you can get more land with your house here.

I would love to see what someone dedicated and design-clever does with this. It looks like it has 'good bones.'
