Just out of curiosity, how much would a house like this lease for? Yes, it will take vision to increase the appeal, but I do like big windows.
the sign on this says 'commercial/retail lease' then lists each floor separately. I found a similar property on this street - which by the way is very trendy - renting out the second floor for almost 2200/month
Hope it gets some sympathetic renovation
