Looks like some ice on the wings. That's not good if you're in the air! I like the treatment (posterized?). I would enjoy this museum; as a history teacher my favorite area of study/teaching was WWII...probably 'cause I just missed getting into it by a few years.
The best part of this museum is being able to witness the restorations as they unfold. It takes years to get these old machines up to flying standards.
