I wouldn't think the building had windows that opened. Was this one broken. It's probably a good-looking building when the sun shines on it. Lots of concrete and glass, though.
Re your comment on The Villages: People in The Villages love their golf carts and drive them everywhere! They spend thousands of dollars customizing them. It's really quite amazing and you've got to be here to really appreciate how significant golf carts are to the city.
Not certain that I reckon this advertises their engineering nous much. Maybe it is one of those new-fangled envir0o-friendly buildings which are blessed on the inside but nothing much to look at.

I like the chunk of concrete jutting out of the building!
These windows don't open and I don't know why this one pane of glass needed replacing.
