This has become a much more common sight where I live after the last few years of storms.
That was going on here the other day on my street.
We see these frequently where we live as well.
I wouldn't mind having one of these around the house from time to time. It might make washing upstairs windows more fun.
I hope the lesson as been learned from last winter's ice storm.
