It could use a bit of sprucing up. We have an area here called Strathcona as well.
That is a bit of a dull facade.
Maybe not pretty, but I'm sure it's the best the owner could do. I actually think it looks pretty well taken care of.

It does not have much of what is called "curb appeal." But it might be very nice inside!

Shutters and a little landscaping would help.
