I guess it couldn't be renovated to serve the same purpose. Habitat for Humanity does some great work!

You'll have to show us the how they do it Hamilton, will they just demolish and start from scratch or keep some of the old buildings features I wonder ?

It'll be replaced - there are three other houses coming down as well to make room fore 14 new townhomes on this corner.
