Looks like it would be a comfortable home for someone. What is the issue, I wonder because it looks like it is in good shape and with a little landscaping it would be a standout.
The only thing I can think of is that the land here is worth much more than the building, so maybe the owners want to tear it down and build something bigger. If there weren't issues before, I'm sure there are now!
Got to wonder what is going on - it's such an attractive place and I can imagine it would be a great house in which to raise a family, especially if it's on the waterfront.

Such a sweet house hamilton, would have loved to see it when it was loved and lived in.
