How cute! We adopted two tortoise shell kittens a couple of months ago...they've now grown into cats...but they do love to sit in the windows! They're very agile, though. One of them, when you open the refrigerator, jumps right into the refrig! She's done that several times. (It's a big refrig!) And she knows we keep milk in there so when I try to close the bottom freezer door she'll grab my hands with her (clawless) paws and try to stop me. Great fun!
P.S. I can understand you bolting out of the store! Aargh!
