What's oxtail? I mean I know oxen have tails, but I wouldn't think they'd taste very good! ;)

And "routine" must mean something up in them thar parts; probably involves a full meal?

We're pretty dumb down here in Ocala, thus all the questions. "Jerk" refers to Jamaican food, right?

there really is an oxtail. not a favourite of mine, but the Jamaicans seem to like it.
and it is Poutine - french fries with gravy and cheese curds. something else that is not a favourite of mine, but the Quebecois seem to like it.

I'd never heard of oxtail poutine, but on looking it up, it's more prevalent than you would think!
